They need marketing to engage users on the benefits & get new users. Great product, poorly run company/strategy. Executives bleeding this at this stage of development for minimal progress on transactions/merchants etc. Ultimately, not sure how banks will feel over time having customers with lower available credit due to hold amounts, however with the hold amounts not attracting interest. Its not new credit either, so this will never 'explode' the way the other BNPL players have with their customers/merchants/transactions in my opinion.
