Did you miss the run last month on the lead up to 4C?
Higher volumes and even saw 1.7c, and then a below average 4C was issued with no commentary and everyone was reminded about this companies thoughts on communications and updates, and it fizzled very quickly.
I feel as though this won't move again until we see some good news or a decent company update.
