    Jeff has given a reconciliation and forward guidance that he expects the Cash Balance to be $2.8m by Dec 31. (In the Sept Qtrly).

    That would imply at the time of the Q (late Oct), they were going to convert. It's possible they could extend the CN, but time is running out for that to happen.
