Maybe the ones who are suffering from those conditions are the BOD of PAA seems they don't remember what they announced on 24 June - (In regards to next step - PAA will now product a summary), they did mention doing the analysis but didnt say they needed to wait on this prior to doing the summary.
This just proves they don't know what they are doing
