    I don't think 997k in item 1.8 is including the costs associated with the large $11.0m capital raise. The related cost 660k is listed in 3.4.
    otherwise it would be double counted in 1.9(4.2) and 3.10(4.4). see how 4.6 is calculated
    Very curious what is exactly 997k included.
