    $4.15M x 4 = $16.6M x 10 multiple = $166M + $6.2M cash = $172.2M MC or 74c SP.

    x 15 multiple = $249M + $6.2M cash = $255.2M MC or $1.10 SP.

    So fair value should be at least 74c SP.
