One thing I found most interesting is that one dog has racked up 100 days on monepantel as a monotherapy and the owner describes his pet as doing very well.

The obsession with Prednisolone treatment to me as an unscientific observer appears to be counter productive. Perhaps monepantel is working well in the dogs taking combination treatment after the formal trial despite Prednisolone rather than because of it.

Perhaps one of our scientific contributors can clear this up for me.

Surely Vets would be encouraged to continue with MPL as a monotherapy rather than directing owners towards a combination treatment which may prove to be unnecessary. But I guess that is an issue for the individual vets who are familiar with the dogs' circumstances.

Overall, a very good 4C in my opinion. The company is ploughing ahead, and I see nothing to change my opinion that we will all benefit from the long term outcomes.
