They can report on events in a quarterly that have occurred since the close of that quarter, it is called subsequent events, the same section they used to advise of MND payment.
I suggest you check the loan facility 7.1 in June quarterly which shows they borrowed $210k future R&D refund, the $210k was fully drawn down on, in the September quarterly the loan facility 7.1 is $471k an additional $261k which still not drawn down
