I agree with Capnemo, $5 is the take over offer price in the short term if it happens.
The number One shareholder will dictate the outcome. Just Bob, your shares will have little impact on the outcome. The top 20 guys will be the ones to make that decision. From my experience, after 9 long years, and an offer of $5 in the short term would definitely get the juices flowing.
JB your mate Patong sold years ago @$2.60 and brags about it day in day out. Patong being the biggest SMN shareholder on HC, if someones offers him $5, what do you think he will do?
