Yes I think you are correct, either way I’m sure they did their Due Diligence before offering fund raising dollars to support the clinical trial and getting the clinics support and offering/ recommending the drug to their patients to participate in the trial.
Would you send them to the back of the queue and say we want to do a cancer trial / covid trial first?
With what we know to date, OLE trial, phase 2 planning, fda applications planning post release of phase 1/2 results how could anyone suggest it was a mistake to do the MND trial.
