Its funny, if i was the ceo of smn, i would be building up the performance of the existing teams every chance i get. When i look at smn, i don't see the existing business as what i invest in, but in reality, what yhey have achieved is a huge launch pad for cvm. CVM is cream as costs are largely covered. This is huge for future profitability while team moral about their contribution is high, and rightly so.
