Ross was probably quite correct in his thinking at the time. How was he to know that Boeing would be so finicky or incompetent to not be able to carry out the final testing requirements within an expected time frame?
He was trying to keep shareholders informed & it has bitten him on the butt.
We wanted more regularly updated information; he supplied it & now we crucify him for trying to keep us informed.
