Absolutely by paying a dividend it confirms that they are able to freely move funds out of China . But the way I interpreted their report lodged with asic months ago was that the cash balance is held at their Australian ICBC bank account here in George st Sydney? Somebody maybe able to confirm this? It’s sunday, reading is hard.....
