I'd say I'm a bit concerned about DM not being upto the job anymore. Living the American dream in the LA and hope the SP goes up by th wind.

We can file a 249F if we could find some of the good investors here with a bit of brain whether through HC or other channels who makes upto at least %5 of the company(combined). If we really want DM and the brainless ones out of the board we could file a 203d notice as well.

As our friend mentioned, we have great products but the management is proven shit af.

Does have a bit of expenses in holding and calling the meeting but most are losing their capital anyway.
