I’m not sure it is easily enough resolved. I’ve got two downlights that are borderline not working (intermittently work and yes I’ve been through all the support online) - I keep being told it’s the router / WIFI yet it’s in a spot where my phone is showing full strength. Starting to wonder if this is actually a strength of the product or not
