5% of the total votes to call an EGM and if it is a Board spill you seek then you will need 25% of the cast votes to tip the current incumbents out. You will need some replacement Directors to meet the minimum listing requirements of 3 and that is light to say the least. Any new board nominee will need to secure 50% of the votes cast to get a seat on the Board. There is a whole process on how to do this but first you need to get surety of the 5% votes to even contemplate calling an EGM.
