In the earlier stages 4DS & IMEC were consistently producing 23 lot wafers.This time around they specifically say "this first full set of 18 wafers integrated with the imec megabit platform".Q - is there any significance to 18 as distinct from 23?Q - or does it mean something else, like they tested for less process conditions than they had in the past?
