Tata changed to a perpetual licence and made a one-off payment for doing so, most of the A$140,000 from the September quarter was that payment.

My concern is where are the support fees for the December quarter ?

If they are included in that A$18 K figure, then there not paying much in the way of support fees at all and revenue from elsewhere must have been non existent.

They should have clarified things for investors & didn't, all people saw was A$140K down to A$18K with no proper explanation.
