    One would assume the PR campaign was intertwined with expected deal closures.
    As has been proven previously deals have taken longer than expected to close. Hence the stuttered PR campaign thus far.
    I'd assume the 3rd party license deal was supposed to have generated revenue late last year and that would have brought interest and exposure, possible Subaru expansion also taking longer to close, etc etc.
