He replied wth the following points:
- "I would love to give you and the others some guidance ..."
- "...but we are have been working on this with our partner for over a year..."
- "...confidentiality is absolutely paramount until we get a deal done.
- " So all will be revealed once agreements have been executed..."

The upbeat in his tone is certainly increasing. I think yesterday's shareholder update is a stop gap for material announcements that will happen any day now.
