Has been since day one. As pointed out in a moderated post about 2 years ago. Why do you have a problem with the secretary? What has changed in his job description? I believe he is doing a fine job. Very good answers, no need to embellish with more verbs, adjectives etc.
As a suggestion for those that have lost a fortune with OBJ and use HC as a tool for making decisions, ignore those posts that read as though the Board are their close associates, you know they mention them as John, Paul, George and Ringo. They are 99% guaranteed to know as much as you do.
