This is bit of a disappointing quarter but I like the fact that they may sell the Tea Tree asset.
It was always hard for me to figure out what was costing where but it seems that Meluka is the money maker ATM.
If selling it can reduce running costs and bring us closer to the black, then I am """happy""" with it (add as many quotes to happy as you see fit)
