Yes, it looks to me that they are now keeping inventories on a much tighter leash - judging by spending. Pretty much like everyone else in the west is doing….but it needs very smart monitoring.
That could work well as long as they can satisfy customers when they order…I know - I do a lot of ordering with Australian companies who can't keep stock levels reasonable. I place an order, they can't deliver because it takes two weeks to get if from wherever….I cancel and move on….Even direct from overseas…They had their chance...
