At this stage the share price is no indicator of what the company is worth. I also squirm when it falls away as it means my stake goes down in value. When an announcement comes, either way, we will know the value of the deals that are done and the sp will reflect what ivx is worth. Perhaps the volume of shares changing hands will be seen as an indication that something is afoot, but only if there are some leaks.
