I don't like the asymmetry in adjustments here. They take out $1.1m of expenses that they don't like but leave in the $1.1m gain on sale. If you were hard nosed you could make an argument that the adjusted NPATA number should be $2.2m lower as acquisitions are part of the business model going forward.
