Yes Ozzy2662, book value is $00.54 a share and the $00.25 share price now would probably only cover the real estate values.
There is still the issue 0f the 22% holding by Lignol Energy Corp, which the poster Cadence2, had some data which suggested Lignol is in financial trouble.
If there was a negotiated sale of this 22% stake, then the ARW share price would more than likely move to that price.
Whether there would be another bidder aside from Thorney, is the question.
With my limited knowledge, it is hard to imagine.
The new owner like Lignol before them, would be unlikely to obtain Board representation.
