There is no such thing as predicting a capital placement that had been announced publicly and then saying you knew it. In addition, there is no such thing as predicting a capital placement for a start-up like Newzulu. It is a normal and expected process for them to do that. Everybody knew it was coming. Regarding the timing, it does not necessarily have anything to do with the cash position. It will be more about when they have enough investors on board to execute it. In this case, it might be a positive sign that it is coming this early, as interest could be high.
And regarding the price, I think that you might be surprised. I expect the share price to be above the current market price. There is no need to dilute shareholders at this point. Neither the cash position nor a lack of interest in the company would justify that.
You know, you can always interpret things in two ways. So let's wait and look at the facts later.
