G'day Wanglers, been a while but thought I'd throw my two cents worth into the bucket.
I thought I'd take a couple of hours to wade back through the forum history to refresh myself with what's been happening over the last couple of months.
App and VPN are two very separate things, unfortunately due to the Telco privacy requirements hurdle the developers changed focus to part two of the original rollout, that being VPN efficiencies, what I think has happened is that discussions with major players has turned into feedback saying " forget the Mum & Dad app and concentrate on the big fish" being corporate rich media traffic. The product is the same for a locally installed app, a chipset installed in a device or a 1RU piece of hardware that goes into the enterprise IT infrastructure rack. Its the algorithm that is in play here. Call it being greedy or just wanting to release with maximum potential to the biggest market possible but my thoughts are you will hear an announcement regarding the VPN rollout first followed by the app in the stores then negotiations with Samsung, Apple etc. with a licencing agreement for the chipset, especially with Virtual and Augmented Reality applications now being so bandwidth heavy.
I see this stock pretty similar to some small cap drilling co. they have found the resource (the tech) they have done the exploration drilling (testing of the app) they now have the JORC (third party testing) and now are drilling (developers working overtime on getting it ready) soon the gold comes up and we go to market.
