I think we are speculating a little bit too much about what the receipts should be (we don't even know what the structure of the royalties deal is). They are still up year on year by 330%.

I'm making the assumption that the income might come eventually, and that new products might have reasonable odds of being massive hits, and that the Company's market cap at around $45m allows for some great upside, and not so massive a downside. The new tech product is another binary - more of a roll of the dice than new product generated from diamagnetic repulsion tech.
