The company generates positive cash flows from operations but the management does not update shareholders regularly even the CEO does not want to spend time to write a quarterly activity report as generally provided by a start-up company. The CEO also does not care to update us regarding the status of WRIT. Therefore sometimes I keep asking myself whether this company is a private company or a publicly listed company which owned by public.

However, the CEO may have his own strategy. Let me keep this stock as a sleeping giant, and one day when I wake up from my sleep, the stock price may have gone up thousand times and I become very rich suddenly. Please take it as a joke.. Hehehe.
