If Roadpost is going to launch a takeover, most likely they will buy the joint venture entity Zoleo Inc. Which I think would be better as Roadpost has plenty of funding to roll out Zoleo globally and quickly. But it will come at a price . Trust me, if this happen, they will have to pay up given that they will keep all the ongoing recurring revenue globally and they know the product is currently selling very well already in their territories US & Canada.
It won't be cheap. Beam won't probably sell their 50% stake in the joining venture for a song. It would have to be at least $50M IMO.
