Part of the problem / opportunity here is that the farm / product is in Northern NSW and the head office is in Perth - perhaps explains the complete disconnect between the director's and the marketability of the company.
The towns of Ballina and escecially Byron Bay are well known as health conscious, clean and environmentally aware and willing to pay for premium product. Byron especially is full of celebrities and influencers and multi-millionaires. The lack of local awareness is staggering.
