complete mismanagement. No quarterly activities and that’s the third one in a row. Surely for directors fees David can slap a couple of lines together and charge $2000 an hour or whatever he would be on for baby sitting RFN until it finally gets a new board.
I’d be hard pressed to think an hour a week would be going into RFN... doesn’t even have to be original can cut and paste relying on Loyyal to create some external news and keep the fees ticking in.
I think RFN should conserve capital for a shell the outgoings are still high
