Sounds like you are pretty much agreeing with me ...
Few things to note OTT rollout and expansion will increase spend (who knows to what degree) and no company let's there bank account hit zero the cap raise will come while they still have a quarter worth of funding or so. Cap raises also generally happen on the back of big news for obvious reasons so I wouldn't rule out a cap raise on the back of the OTT launch.
Just reiterating I don't think this is a big issue as long as the funds being raised are used for genuine growth areas and not propping up areas of the buisness that are faltering.
