The addendum was made to the original PDA. This allowed them to kick off stage 1 and resulted in fees being paid upfront, but it is a small fraction of the fees payable when they sign the second PDA and commence stage 2.
It is the scope of this new agreement that interests me the most as it could lead to much greater market penetration across multiple segments.
