I may be biased here because I sold too early but I don't agree with just looking at EBITDA or OCF here. Dep and amortisation is a very real expense when you are continually spending on product development and your products have a short shelf life especially given technological advancements in this area. The only time amortisation is not really an expense is when it has come about from the acquisition of intangibles that hold their value
