The problem is the money ran out a while ago, they've been running on borrowings ever since. I don't understand why the ASX hasn't been asking the 'are you going to be solvent moving forward?' question which you often see when companies are forced to release monthlies. It's a bit of a joke to force a company to release a monthly report, but not actually have them release any detail on the company operations.
When was the last time tangible details were released on the company (sales estimates, forecasts etc)? Probably several years now, everthing else has been deals behind closed doors.
Anyone tried to contact the company (or ASIC, for non response)?
