The Mongolian Coal acquisition was aborted, so this is back to a shell company looking for an an acquisition.
Nice of them not to give us a separate announcement, but to hide it on the bottom of pg 4 of the Preliminary Final Report announced 29/08/12.
I still hold because at these levels, I think it's pointless to sell. Volume under 1c has been extremely low, so it should move back up to that level quickly if they announce something.
If they raise capital at these levels, then it's likely all over.
I wouldn't be surprised if they go for a gold play, not that QE3 has been announced.
