It is a good thing that they are on hold. This allows the company to get things in order and roll out the Exchange. This is not a new thing - ICI have been on voluntary suspension for a while. There are some that have been on hold for 6 months.
That saying, looking at the road map, I suspect this voluntary suspension will remain for at least another three to four weeks.
