Surely they need to resolve the investigation by ASIC before they can launch and market the exchange. Hopefully we get an update on the situation shortly and maybe just a slap on the wrist.
All going well when would a go live date be likely? 1st July would seem logical if they possibly can get everything sorted by then. Any thoughts as to what the price might be on reopen if everything goes to plan?
