I suspect that as major investors in BPG, that Mr and Mrs Carr are likely to be one of several different groups taking an active interest in what happens with the business.
I doubt that the management team would have issued themselves more shares recently if they thought that the position of the business was insurmountable. .
I agree that any finance that they get over the next twelve months will be subject to difficult terms and conditions.
I agree that they are going to have more questions from ASIC.. . .
I agree that the stock is high risk and if it were not on suspension I would sell at this point and wait and see what happens.
I would suggest that if you are desperate to sell, look for a buyer. Otherwise sit, wait and be patient until we have more news .
