I guess it depends how you look at MSM.
If you look at MSM as independent to RIVA then yes we should be asking for capital asap.
However, MSM will be become RIVA once merger is done hence whatever capital gained will still go back to them anyway.

MSM doesn't need to do anything if we are merging. RIVA & complimentary businesses (Recast, OkLetsPlay, GXR, Rogue Games, Firefly Games etc..) progress is also MSM's progress.

What's important is getting the merger done ASAP.
So we can re-list & RIVA can start scaling its 360degrees esports & gaming ecosystem. (imo)
