    My understanding is that they licenced Microgenix technology to Vitec Global - and can receive royalties via a licence agreement.

    Part of the restructure was to de register the Microgenix UK companies - but they still have a Microgenix Australian entity as a subsidiary company - which presumably holds the legal rights etc to the technology.
