'land sale still not complete' why should it be? once the rights issue is out of the way withdraw the sale of the land. Plus far greater negotiating power if still hell bent on selling it. I would not be in any hurry whatsoever to sell land now. Wait for prices to pick up again which inevitably they will...might take 6 or 12 months but up they will go.
that Picton land is about five kilometres from the inner harbour at Bunbury if i remember correctly. Let them pay Big Bucks for it or better still Don't Sell!!!

With your own bias of course!!lol Todays i can understand you being cheesed off with this company especially if you bought at around $2 but for me personally it's just a penny stock and worth a small punt. If it takes off then the rewards will be huge..If it goes under? well life goes on doesn't it?
