ARW’s current market Cap is Around $4 Mil
The Total Picton Land is worth around $3 Mil.
The Plants are worth $?????
The Energea Licence for Australia New Zealand & the USA (Australian Royalties) is worth $??????

Looking at the data in the Cleansing notice.

AMU currently hold 12.57%
AEH have lent ARW $250K.
MAR have lent ARW $250K. (Wasabi Under righter)
AEH & Playoust Family currently own 15.5%.
Underwriter Owns 13.96%.

If no entitlements are taken up. (top of Page 3)
Underwriter will own 27.1%
AEH Parties will own 19.94%
Rentiers will own 19.65%
TOTAL 66.68%
If AMU were to sell there 12.57%.
TOTAL 70.25%
How will it work when and if the loans are converted to shares?

Who will control ARW?????
