It is not what I think it is worth! It is a market thing. Now if I see what the market sees it goes something like this. A cobbled together group of totally unrelated businesses some of which come up with some thought bubble idea from time to time that they promote as world beating game changers. they haven't met any of their projections in the past. Haven't paid a dividend to shareholders. Have kept borrowing money from directors to the point where the balance sheet is in negative territory. The market if it is interested has an offer - albeit a very small one of 2 cents a share - generous it would seem to me. I recall the promoted synergy of GDK and IVT when IVT had to rethink as GDK had gone into liquidation. Thanks for the tip on doing some research by the way. It seems GDK had numerous linked companies. The ATO has taken a number of them to court and they have been liquidated. All over unpaid debts. Who woulda thunk? Now if I had a 2 bedroom unit in Sydney. 1. I could rent it and get a return. 2. Or I could sell it tomorrow and make a profit. I agree with you on doing some research - the Sydney property market is pretty much simple supply and demand. As I have said before I look at stocks like this for amusement as I don't see how their business model is sustainable. The world is not a logical place however and if the company is successful I hope you do well but it is not for me.
