With annualised revenues approaching $35m and secured funding in place for the forseeable future, IVT has to be one of the most unloved stocks on the ASX. The top 20 SHs are not selling making IVT difficult to buy or sell at present. The latest CR with "sophisticated" investors may change this. Whatever, the fundamentals are looking strong if not reflected in the SP. DYOR
