Of course they will raise capital.
They lose around $4M per quarter and only have about 18 months until they go bankrupt.
There is nothing to suggest profitability is nearing, if anything, losses are growing.
All I can see is this business wastes money and doesn't reward shareholders. I wouldn't want to hold this dog stock.
