The've spent the last year or so heavily investing in growth which has impacted their balance sheet. But I think the tide has turned and we're right on the cusp of a swing in a positive direction.

Taking into consideration all the savings, offsets and future payouts for the CYCL acquisition -- if my numbers are correct, they should just about reach breakeven in Q4 (give or take a million). Though not knowing what the redundancy payouts will total could affect this slightly.

Q1 FY21 will be the real test. Their savings plan will have come into play, but there won't be any big tax rebates to help offset costs. Hopefully a few of those larger deals close and can be accounted for from Q1 onwards.
