AGM's on Monday in Sydney. Can't make it. I've certainly sent my votes in the mail for the AGM resolutions.....
Doubt it will matter but i feel better for expressing my disappointment via the resolution votes.
I'd encourage all holders to 'have their say' on the resolutions, particularly regarding the 100% increase in non exec directors fees and also the performance rights.
This time last year our SP was .37c... Since late March/early April the SP has essentially halved, albeit with a few more shares issued.......
